Purchased a couple of these for our flour and sugar as we don't use those staples too often and I didn't want them spoiling in their open bags. I also didn't want to attract bugs to our pantry. I need to store flour, and an airtight seal is needed to keep the flour fresh. Photo shows just under 2 lbs of rye flour in it, but there's enough room for at least 5 lbs.
