Great overall cook book with some obvious classic recipes and some unexpected. Nice back story of an 18th century kitchen incorporated into what we have available for today's modern kitchen. Recipes are mostly easy with accessible ingredients. If you're an Outlander fan it's a plus!

Beautiful cookbook! Based on the novels, there are tons of recipes for breakfast, appetizers, sides, soups, bread, main course, and even drinks and sweets! Easy to follow instructions with lovely pictures! I'm a sweets lover so I cannot wait to try out the Black Jack Randall's Dark Chocolate Lave...
