I think this is my new favorite peeler. It fits comfortably in my hand. It glides easily over the vegetable cutting away the skin in even slices. It pivots nicely over the contour of the vegetable. Clean up is a snap. Highly recommend. I was gifted this product so I could give an honest review.

Great peeler. We probably would not have purchased it without the discounted price though. Farberware makes quality products. We're still using a set of Farberware pits and a pan that are 35 years old.
