This 3 tbsp scooper does release quick and pretty clean too. I found some cookie dough under sweeper but not enough that it caused any issues. Doesn't take much effort to squeeze so most younger kids could use. Makes a nice shape when released. Feels really durable and cleans easy.

I got this for ice cream scooping, it's not as easy as I expected but still using it anyways. I'm sure it's perfect for cookie dough scoop since it's a lot softer than ice cream, the release handle works good. Overall it looks and feels of good quality.
