The picture implies there is a double mat.....white on the top and gold on the bottom. Apparently the document used in the picture has the gold printed on it because the frame only has the white mat. The gold inner mat was the point of my search so this was a disappointment. I can also concur ...

While these frames arrived well packaged, the visible area is more like 8 x 10.5. Not sure they are wood but, in any case, they are usable because of the false description.

When my order arrived, I opened to find both frames broken. It's was very frustrating not to be able to use these frames, as I am a nurse and wanted to put my diplomas in them. Now I have to wait even longer due to this social distancing.

Average frame, let it be known that it is the industry standard for there to be an overlap of at least 1/4' over the photo or document on all frames, sometimes more, because obviously the frame would look awful if it came right up to the very, very edge of the photo or document, then the complain...

Beautiful and Excellent Quality for Nice Wood Frames and Glass for protection and viewing Treasured Documents. A bit heavy to hang on the wall but have them safely diplayed on shelves and tops of furniture.
