I received my topper and let it be for 48 hours as recommended. It still had some parts that did not form properly. If you have arthritis and are mature adult this is not a good fit. Good luck getting it shipped. I ordered mine 10 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago. The tracking number they sent me is bogus and Softec doesnt answer their phones or emails. Avoid. Order from a company that wont rip you off. Walmart was no help.

Ive owned several mattress toppers, and i shouldve been suspicious of the discount. It never expanded! I gave it 2 days and blah! Very disappointing, not to mention a huge inconvenience to return.
