Pretty fabric and well made but doesnt hold its position well. I don't plan to use pins even tho they would probably help. I have it in an extra bedroom so it should be fine. I dont feel like it would stay put on a bed that is used daily.

Its look good, but I have to use heavy duty staple gun all around so its stay in place, the nail they provide not work as good as staple gun.

I was looking for 12 inch drop with slit corners. This was the closest I could come. Fit was good, i tucked two inches and it looks good. Would like to see magic skirt offer 12 inch drop with split corners. Good buy for the money

This would be awesome product if more companies would make this style especially in an XL Twin for adjustable beds. For less money would be nice too, would be helpful.
