This underpad is great quality and can be used with the rubberized side down or the felt side down. It helps our area rugs to feel more cushioned and to keep them from moving around on the hardwood floor.

super thick affordable rug pad. it stopped the thin rug on top from moving (mostly) and it adds a nice cushion.

Very nice pad, really sticks to our old, original oak floors and protects well. Is larger than stated dimensions, requires cutting down to size, but better than not enough. We'll see how well it lasts over time, that's always a concern these days.

I love this rug pad. I used it under a rug I bought at Walmart and it really enhanced the rug and made it feel so much thicker. The rug does not move at all which is what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable.
