Arrived on time and was packaged in a box wrapped in paper, like you would expect a more expensive pair of boots. Seem to be well made. Bought these for my 88 yr.old mom who has a small foot,she usually wears a 5 and a half. Got them on clearance, which is a plus. Will buy again.
