Tried purchasing this item 2 times, and both times it arrived completely shattered

The hardware sent with this mirror is not sufficient to hold the weight of the mirror. Note very heavy, although gorgeous. My husband put this on the wall in a brand new remodeled bathroom and the mirror after one day fell and completely shattered and damaged the sink and door that were installed.

Other than the weight, the mirror is perfect. It looks exactly like the picture. It is just very heavy and I had to have help mounting it.
