It is better than I expected. I've been using the rowing machine for a couple weeks now and am pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and it's just the right size for my space. I'm able to get a good workout. This machine has helped with lowering my blood pressure and is a great stress reliever.

Works great easy to put together. I feel it's much more motion range than a regular rower. Nice full body workout. Smaller than I thought which is a plus not very heavy at all!
