It was just a bit confusing to install but called the 800 number enclosed and got assist with problem immediately. Beautiful fan the has remote control for fan and light. Wonderful product.

Was a tad nervous about refurbished products but all was good, no missing parts etc.. 3. 3 old fans removed & new fans installed in about 4 hours. 4. This fan is great for high places. It has no chains just a remote that attaches to the wall switch. It's great.

I was a little worried about buying a refurbished product, but once I opened and inspected the fan and made sure all the parts were there, I felt a lot better. After installing it I was very pleased.

A little worried about being refurbished, but the packaging was like new. Fan is quiet and the dimming feature is excellent. Good bang for your buck.
