The backspace colors are bright. The part of the backpack that the picture is in is plastic. It open to one large area with no additional pockets inside. It is adjustable. I gave it to my three year old niece and it fit her perfectly. I would recommend.

When my grandson saw this, he immediately loved it. He plays with the zipper and strokes the picture. So cute. It holds crayons and paper as well as quiet toys to take to meetings and church. It should last for a couple of years!
