I am 5’11” and weigh approx 230 pounds. I am wearing an XL size. Super comfy pants and totally perfect for PJ pants. Sleek, stylish, and actually lulled me to sleep. Lol. Good length, not too long so I don’t trip over them as I walk. Great color and quality feel to them as well. Highly recommend!
