Good quality, nicely built, great idea, but doesn't work to well ! It overheated quickly and took awhile to cool down. It couldn't even shred the 80 pages at one shot as described. Would not recommend this item, returning it ASAP.

The product was not at all what I expected It can only cut something like 12 pages at a time It has a feeding tray so we can supposedly got 100 sheets one after another but it makes it one of the slowest shutters I've seen yet and the feeding tray jams quite frequently

Very disappointing! I thought if I spent more on a shredder I'd get a better product. Unit was problematic from day one. I reyurned it to my local Sams Club after less than 6 months! Thanksfully they took it back without any hassles.

We purchased two of these for the office because we've got a high volume of shredding that needs to be done. We liked the idea of being able to put 80 pages in the loader and have it autofeed them. This simply does not work. Avoid at all cost.
