[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a Christmas gift, because my other one was over 20 years old and gave out. I am enjoying my new one, just wish there was bag to keep it all together. So I put it in the pocket of my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer cover mate cover.

It's blends really well and is pretty quiet. BUT I worry that the detachable plastic guard won't last long before it breaks. The blending end is all metal and will scratch your pot/bowl without it because the force of the blending pulls it downward. Other that that concern, it's lovely. And quit...
