Not user friendly. A struggle to fill without getting water in the inner chamber. Once frozen difficult to remove inner chamber. Small amount of ice for all the trouble. Ice doesn't fit water bottles.

this was not what I thought it was going to be it is horrible I would rather have ice trays in my refrigerator than this I will never do that again
