Exactly the type of OttLite I was looking for. I use it on my bedside table as a reading lamp. It provides such natural light which makes it easier on my eyes.

I have this placed on my nightstand, and it works perfectly. The base is heavy enough that my cat cannot tip it off nightstand. The different levels of brightness is very useful, as well as being able to bend the arm to shine exactly where I want more light.

I'm an artist, and this light allows me to accurately assess value ranges in my still life sketches with black graphite pencils. I love the 4 levels of light, and also how the neck twists so I can aim the light where I want it. It's the perfect light for me!
