It came in a box tightly rolled up but had instructions on how to puff it back up (put in dryer). I like how It feels like gel but isn't gel.

The pillow is always cool to touch and stays cool longer then most of the cooling pillows while you are in contact with it. I would definitely recommend it for everyone

Wonderful support and amazing cooling effect. And I really enjoy the removable cover so that I can wash it. Makes cleaniing so much easier than regular foam pillows.
