For Packaging, it came so professionally wrapped and packaged and no damage was found. For Setup, it was so easy, took less than 30 minutes to unpack and setup....

I would give this rower 10/10. IMO, this rowing machine has the same feel as $1000+ rowers I tried before. For my workouts I used only level 6. I believe that it's the optimal resistance level for this machine. Definitely worth every penny I spent.

It was easy to assemble and I like the machine very much. My only issue would be that it’s too low to the floor. I have difficulty getting up from the machine

I like the low impact steady movement, assembly not too hard, I managed it myself. The most difficult part was opening the battery case. Had to pry while pushing the latch up. The instructions just said "press"; not press up, down or in. I'm still on the lowest resistance setting.
