This shower assembly is unusable. As soon as the slidebar gets wet, the head slips down to the bottom. I've tried cleaning everything thoroughly to remove soap scum and it still doesn't stay up. Unacceptable for something this price!!

I made the mistake of choosing this showerhead by looking at online photos. Bad idea. The shower head WILL NOT aim downward at one's head, so the only way to use it is to hold it in your hand. I would like to clear the record on previous posts that this shower head does not pivot in its holder. It certainly does! I recommend Moen products every day to my customers for its quality and commitment to resolve something that goes wrong for the life of my customers products!
