Heavy but not too heavy, smooth and comfortable in the hand. Quality look and feel, very attractive and useful kitchen tool. Looks like it will last a long time(hopefully). I will purchase coordinating items if I find them in store . Highly recommended

Now this is a knife to have! This clever seems to be excellent quality. It cuts very well and is quite heavy compared to others. It comes with a blade guard which is necessary because it is extremely sharp. I have nothing negative to say about it and I would recommend this to friends and family.
