I really wanted to get the 32 ounces but I needed it to fit in my cup holder in my car so I ended up getting the 20 so far so good. I do refill it often but I have no complaints. Everything stays cold for a long time, and I love the twisty no need to try to uncapped anything.

We purchased 3 for our family. I love it and it is nice and sturdy for my 9 year old. She has dropped and broken many water bottles. They stay cold all day all day! We all love the twist too, super easy to open and drink. I like how the fit in my car cup holders also.
