I bought this because I needed to cook taco meat in bulk. the high sides of the pan allowed me to cook 5 lbs of ground beef at a time.

This Pan is truly non stick and it is the perfect size to make large portions. It's also the perfect size to make a small portion. I can make 3 grilled cheese sandwiches at once and cleanup takes no time at all. Make sure to use silicon utensils; kids scratched the surface with a metal butter knife.

Winner! This pan is the winner. I previously bought two other brands of pans that I had to return because they warped when heated. It cooks great, non stick, not awfully heavy. It's good quality.
