If you're looking for a short puffer jacket specifically, I would recommend this one. It covers the backside halfway and you can cinch the bottom of the jacket in order to not allow as much wind to come from the bottom. Sleeve cuffs are also elastic so that the sleeves cover your wrists securely ...

The inner lining of this jacket has a cool and unique logo design which I really like. The jacket suits my style and is warm enough for casual, everyday wear. If you want a heavy duty winter jacket, I wouldn't recommend this, but for windy days between 20F - 50F, I would reach for this.
