Had other carpet cleaners the hand instrument worked good but the floor part for large areas didn't work so great this one works works great pulls the dirt right out of the carpet and looks good when you're done highly recommend this product works great.

Works great... only issue is the tank fills up so fast and the cleaner runs out soooo fast ... if you are doing more than a “spot” it requires multiple refills
