[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Calaphon 11 inch grill pan. I cooked bacon in it and the ridges drained the grease off and made my bacon crisp but not greasy. I made burgers the next day and it was like they came off the grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality grill and it works great. It is not too heavy. I love how the grease from the food goes into the bottom of the ridges of the grill. Meat cooks evenly and doesn't stick to the pan. This is my favorite grill that I own!
