This knife is great! I use it for cutting all vegetables and meat. Wish I had more of them in different sizes. It's easy to clean and I use the cover as a sheath in my silverware drawer. This knife slices tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage and all other vegetables with no problems! It cleans up easy too...

Bought this knife as an afterthought when I moved as I had no idea where my knives were. Wanted something to open boxes with. Apparently my brain was lost in moving as I tried to open it from its protected sleeve (from people like me) I cut my thumb. Great knife and very sharp.
