Chair arrived with puncture in the back and smells of oil. The odor fills the room so much that I have been forced to put the chair outside. Email support with Freedom Face has resulted in daily messages offering a few dollars back. No returns allowed - do not buy from them.

I've owned this chair for 7 months and its falling apart ! The arm rest are splitting at the seams.

Chair is way too hard, no way to adjust height of seating position the canister does not work, received broken. DO NOT BUY!! NO way to contact seller.
