Very soft shirt that appears to be good quality. No shrinkage in the washer and generously sized so I don't think you need to order up. I love how much cotton (60%) is in this but has just enough stretch from the polyester.

It's a bit tight. I can wear a 3XL plus woman's top from anywhere but Walmart, I ordered the 4 XL and well, wash in cold water and do not dry it, It could use more room, but I can sleep in it so there's that.
