Perfect gadget for thinly slicing boiled eggs, mushrooms, or other small soft foods. Very easy to clean and is small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of room in your gadget drawer. I like that there is a rubber area where you push down on the egg. Cheaper ones only have plastic.
