You have to get the screws in as tight as possible. It does wiggle side to side. It does not have the pieces to hook it to a wall for additional support and so it does not fall forward. It is nice and small for the space I needed it to fit in but it is very difficult to find the right size storag...

Don't really know about the shelves...but the listing says they are for either 3 TIRES or 4 TIRES. I suspect they meant 3 TIERS or 4 TIERS. The TWO TIER unit illustrated isn't available nor the open back 1 TIER. Time to check your spelling and your illustrations.

it looks nice when assembled but its held together with only locknuts that are horrible quality if you buy this have some wood glue on hand and use it while assembling or its wobbly and the top will come right off if you try to pick it up

It is made of particle board. It's worth the money. If it is stationary it is sturdy when done. It is easy to assemble. Don't move it often.
