Interesting biography of Edna Ferber, who reigned supreme when bestselling authors were also celebrities. The only drawback to this book is that the author, Ferber's great-niece, tells the authors story backwards, which tends to distance us from the events of Ferber's life rather than draw us in.

Somewhat interesting biiography of Edna Ferber by her grand-niece. I found the inclusion of the "cocktail" analyses of her sex life, or lack thereof, to be tedious.
