I have tried many different non-stick pans, some of them claim that they are NON-STICK pan, but after awhile the non-stick surface is no longer non-stick. I have to scrub it really hard after each use. I use this pan to cook both Western and Eastern style cuisines, and the non-stick surface work...

The product is strong yet durable product. you can use it on stove top or use it for baking in the oven. It is a good product. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this on a whim to make stove top pizzas and it surpassed all my expectations. It is a perfect size and of excellent quality; nice and heavy with a thick bottom and even weight. I have a fancier set of pans but I use this one more often -- I even bought a second one!
