Great little ice cream maker.I was looking for a product that made ice cream without ice.Perfect amount.You do have to be quick about putting in your ingredients or the paddle sticks to the sides.

So far it works efficiently. I was disappointed in how flimsy the plastic paddle inside the bowl was. Don't see that holding up. But we shall see. I opted for a small unit as some of the others call for so much ingredients. A batch like this is perfect for two people.
