This cookware is totally non-stick. Food just slides off, and it cleans up so easily. The copper color is gorgeous. By far the best I've ever owned over nearly 50 years of cooking.

I am very please with my purchase, the rice cooks very nicely and does not stick, so were the fried eggs, as well as other recipes that I tried with my new cookware set. Great buy for the price, looks of the copper color, cleanup and quality.
