Perfect for picking up cookies and placing them on a cooling rack. Great size and shape and the elevation stops the worktop from getting greasy. I love it.

I like the support rest on the back side of the handle and the flexibility is just right...not too soft and not too firm....just right. Also it can be used for many flipping or gently lifting tasks that occur in baking and cooking.

Love it, I've now got a whole set of 'elevate' kitchen utensils & wouldn't buy anything else. Very well made, easy to use and they keep the spoon clean not laying directly on the surface.
