I bought this air conditioner for an emergency ( heat wave!). It was well packaged, easy to set up, and cools great! A great buy!! No digital readout or remote, but those items are not part of the unit, and so I was not expecting them.

This air conditioner was bought for my younger son's room. We liked the quality so much that we bought a second one for my older son's room. If any of our units go out, I could see us buying more of the same. I would recommend this for anyone.
