when i first tried to assemble this i had some issues, but i found a video on YouTube that put me on the right path and I soon had all 36 assembled in no time. i wear size 12 in Men's shoes and they fit effortlessly into the assmbled product. sneakers, dress shoes and boots.

My man love them...easy to assemble and looks nice. When stack to high can be a little wobbly but against a wall or in a closet no problems ar all.
