it is a sturdy rolling rack. two wheels lock. the four hooks stay secure. It works well for my needs. Make sure to do your measurements. Easy to assemble.

Nice surprise at how sturdy this cart is once it is assembled. It is perfect to hold the grandkids color books, crayons and games while they are visiting. Great for storing crafts too.

This little cart is perfect in my sewing area. I only had 13” of space and it fit wonderfully! Now I have everything at hand leaving my table clear for sewing. You don't need the instructions to put it together in less than 5 minutes. You can't beat the price for the organization it brings!

I'm not "mechanically oriented" in any way, but this was so easy to put together (even without words on the diagram) that even a chipmunk could do it! The only tool needed is included ... it is a small "wrench" that's shaped like the letter "L."
