This is a beautiful frying pan mine is blue The color is inside and out.I also bought a 8inch pan Which is purple. Cooking is no mess .i fryed a couple of eggs They just sled out of the pan.clean up is easy just used a paper towel. Highly recommended.

Heated our matzo brie perfectly..which uses lots of hot oil(olive which burns fast) ..Did not smoke etc..The pan cleans easily..and cooks evenly..Sturdy feel..Looks VERY expensive. We are going to order the pink/purple..Great find.. Looks like we will be using this pan for many years to come..
