The cushioned sole works great. I'm a bit flat footed so my heels tend to get achy after a long while walking in a hard sole shoe. These shoes are very forgiving and are great for work or just going for a brisk walk. They match well with casual jeans or most pairs of pants.

I wear Skechers everyday. In the past I have had a serious problem with extreme weat in the inside heel area. To me this is a serious design flaw. I am hoping this shoe will be better. If not I am going to start returning. 3 to 4 months wear is ridiculous.
