Exactly as pictured — very comfortable and we've had no issues with the latch or folding down the foot rest. I love that it glide, spins and reclines (when reclined it still spins but doesn't rock obviously)

The box was broke on one side. it must have been digging in to the side of the chair and made a the mark on the side of the chair. Box was ripped in areas. Thank goodness got it inside it was pouring outside.

Very soft material. Comfy , after awhile chair makes noise but nothing to crazy or loud enough to wake up a baby, just annoying but overall very good chair if your short you need a pillow behind you atleast I did . Again overall great chair for price
