I've had several of these sports bras over the years- they are great! Inexpensive, and they hold up well even after being washed many times. They do run a bit small. I am a small person, but have always ordered a medium size.

This is a good bra. I'm usually a medium at 34 B, but I got the large because the mediums are way too tight under my arms pits. I recommend buying a size up

Has a good amount of compression. Very comfortable fit and doesn't chaff. As for the sizing I would stick closer to your band size than the relative cup size that they recommend. I'm a 32 DD and went with a XS which is perfect.
