I like this bra. It's very comfortable, the shoulder straps are padded and wide. I took the bra squishy inserts out because they annoy me and arn't necessary for me.

this one I ordered for me and I ordered large and too small or just too tight but was too desperate needed them and I'm currently wearing them even later too tight I'm going to order again but this time I guess order extra large and I'm a small person.

Avia is a favorite brand in all things clothes related. Their sports bras are no exception. I must have 6 or 7 in different colors. All are xl in size. 140lbs %26 5'6". 36 B in bras. I prefer the larger size as they are easier to get on and off. Support is always good and very comfortable all day.

i typically need high impact sports bras but i knew from previous purchases, this brand could act as a high impact. the price is a steal.
