Has mutli settings for dim to bright lighting. I love that the height is adjustable. My only dislike is I feel the space/ ring light opening isn't big enough for my iPhone 11 pro max with a case on.

This was very easy to put together. Since it is collapsable, it is convenient for travel. The ring light and plug can be removed if you just wish to use the tripod. There are multiple levels of brightness to give you exactly was your need for photos or videos.
