People if you want the pan to last cook no higher three or four always butter and/or oil heat pan before add food do not overcook it mine pan working just fine. Suggestion follow the instructions it work great

Solid fry pan that is non-stick. Have put in dishwasher many times with no chipping or peeling inside the pan. It has a heavy base and sits flat on glass top stove. Handle has a good grip and does stay cool.
