Regardless of the price it should at least serve the purpose it is created for. The outside clappers are not even attached ...

Great price but it broke easily

These toys are garbage. They don't work without the rubber band and it has to be just right. There's no way these flimsy toys will survive 4 year olds or any child for that matter. I will be returning them to the store immediately!

The rubber bands that hold the three pieces of plastic together looked old and flimsy. Kept coming apart when used. Tightening the rubber band made it hard to make a sound. Loosening it made it fly apart.
