After unboxing my new Ninja Blender, I placed the base motor on the kitchen counter. When I went to go lift up the unit from the counter, the rubber sucky-pads had sucked themselves so tightly to the counter, that I ended up breaking apart the plasic housing top from bottom!

I had the same blender for at least 10 years and it did the job, but just barely. The very first time I tried the Ninja I was hooked!! I am so impressed with the speed at which the machine blends my smoothies!! I can't believe I waited so long to purchase this blender.
