High Powerful Suction was nowhere to be found. 2 stage motor was where the suction went. Got a 50% refund then used the handheld portion for a shop vac.

Worst vacuum cleaner ever. Not only does it not suck things up, but it spits them all over your floor, leaving you with more of a mess than you started with. Now I have to go through the inconvenience of figuring out if I can return it. Such a disappointment. Huge waste of time.
